Do you offer discounts for elders?
Yes. Elders 55 and older receive $10 off the 25 Mbps plan, $15 off the 50 Mbps plan, and $20 off the 100 Mbps plan.
Why can weather affect wireless service?
We use a high‑frequency 5 GHz wireless system. Heavy rain, snow, or dense storms can slightly reduce signal strength because the signal travels through the air instead of cable. Our network is designed to minimize these effects, but occasional slowdowns can occur during severe weather.
